Citibank (Citi) has launched its first smart banking branch in the Philippines offering facilities such as screens to view product demonstrations, a media wall to display information, and video conferencing options.
Citi’s smart banking branch launched in Makati – one of the 16 cities that makes up Metro Manila – offers services covering general banking, loans, credit cards and wealth management.
Citi country officer for the Philippines Sanjiv Vohra said: "As a customer-centric bank, we continue to further enhance our customers’ banking experience."
Consumer business manager for Citi Philippines, Sergio Zanatti, said, "This is strong proof of the importance of the Philippines to the Citi global franchise."
Citi has a retail network of six branches in Philippines and 22 branches for Citibank Savings.
