Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS) and m-banking solutions provider
Tyfone have partnered to enable US banks to offer customers
in-branch mobile phone personalisation. The service will enable
consumers to conduct contactless POS payments via
handsets.
Under the agreement, DCS’
mobile personalisation platform CardWizard Perso-to-go personalises
cardholder information onto a chip embedded in Tyfone’s SideTap
MicroSD memory card.

Both parties claim no over-the-air personalisation is
required, and CardWizard Perso-to-Go provides instant activation
capabilities so the device can be immediately used for contactless
point-of-sale purchases, including open-loop channels or
closed-loop retail applications.
