First National Bank of Pennsylvania, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation, has launched the latest upgrade to the FNB Direct mobile banking app that will offer customers mobile debit card controls.
The latest upgrade, known as CardGuard, will enable FNB customers to control their debit card expenses. It will also offer improved protection against fraud and budgeting support.

With CardGuard, customers can turn their debit card ‘on’ or ‘off.’ When the card is ‘off,’ no transactions will be approved.
Clients can also set transaction controls according to location, establish limits for debit card purchases based on the amount of the transaction.
FNB said that its Direct Mobile Banking with CardGuard can be used by consumer and small business customers with the FNB Direct mobile banking app, which is available online.
