Al Salam Bank-Bahrain (ASBB), an Islamic lender in Bahrain, has introduced the upgraded ASBB mobile banking app to provide swift digital banking services to the customers.
The bank used Clayfin’s Mobile Banking Solution to upgrade its platform. Now the ASBB mobile banking platform offers a seamless omnichannel experience to the customers across all channels.

By GlobalDataAl Salam Bank-Bahrain first deputy CEO Anwar Murad said: “We are delighted to partner with Clayfin to deliver our enhanced mobile banking application with technological advancements filled with latest enhancements and security features that includes MPIN, finger print or Face ID (facial recognition), offering a seamless experience across internet and mobile banking channels.”
He added that Clayfin’s quick implementation enabled the bank to introduce the new banking platform in ‘record time’.
The app will allow the ASBB customers to carry out all regular banking operations from their mobile or tablets. Additionally, the service is expected to offer faster turnaround on all banking service requests.

Established on 2006, ASBB offers various Sharia-compliant financial products and services through its branch network and ATMs across the country.
