Infosys Finacle, part of Infosys’ EdgeVerve Systems, has introduced a new digital engagement suite to enable banks to deliver contextual personalised services across channels.

Dubbed Finacle Digital Engagement Suite, the solution is designed to help the banks to onboard, serve, engage and sell customers with customised services.

Infosys Finacle chief business officer Sanat Rao said: “The Finacle Engagement Suite offers a comprehensive and versatile platform to help banks achieve the dual objectives of their digital transformation.

“On one hand, it helps digitise and optimise existing business processes, products and services to enhance experience, drive agility and operational excellence.

“At the same time, it empowers banks to deliver new digital products and services by applying modern technologies to create new sources of revenue and new operating models.”

The suite will expedite internal and external innovation with a wide range of Open APIs.
