
It’s a first for Croatia: the Addiko digital bank branch is open for business.
The virtual bank branch provides customers of all banks with the first ever full digital end to end loan process. And so customers can complete the transaction from request to approval without the need to visit a branch.
In particular, the Addiko digital bank branch offers personal loans from HRK10,000 to HRK40,000. Loans are available over three to five year terms.
Moreover, customers can complete the onboarding process to open current accounts via the Addiko digital bank branch.
Loan applicants and new current account customers require only to use an ID card and PC, mobile or tablet. In addition, video identification in the form of a chat with a contact centre agent takes only a few minutes. Thus the entire process can be completed within 15 to 30 minutes.
