Banking software provider Jack Henry & Associates has purchased Geezeo, which offers retail and business financial management solutions.
The companies did not reveal the value of the deal.
The transaction builds on the existing partnership between the two parties.
Headquartered in Boston, Geezeo was set up in 2006.
The firm integrates with financial institutions’ online and mobile banking platforms through an API.
At present, Geezeo counts around 500 financial services providers as clients.

By GlobalDataUnder the agreement, core bank as well as credit union clients of Jack Henry will gain access to Geezeo solutions.
Jack Henry’s non-core customers working with the ProfitStars unit can also avail Geezeo tools.
