Bank of America (BofA) contemplates launch of three retail bank branches in Colorado, US, to boost is retail banking business in the region.
The lender, which has been running its commercial, business banking and mortgage operations in Colorado since 2008, has plans to open more branches in the region, as reported by bizjournals.com.
As per the plans, BofA will open a full-service "flagship" branch at 100 Fillmore St. in Cherry Creek by the end of 2014, while the second office will be unveiled at 28th and Pearl streets in Boulder in 2015.
The North Carolina-based lender will open a third location at Hepburn Street and North Highlands Ranch Parkway in Highlands Ranch, which is currently under contract for purchase.
The Cherry Creek banking center will provide all traditional banking services, as well as Merrill Lynch financial advisers and Merrill Edge financial solutions advisers on site for investment clients, according to the publication.
Equipped with video-conferencing capabilities, the Boulder and Highlands Ranch locations will operate as traditional banking centers, with tellers and specialists in small business banking and mortgages.
