Backbase, an omnichannel banking solution provider in the Netherlands, has partnered with Germany’s cloud banking platform Mambu to offer a ready-to-use integrated digital banking solution.

The partners have jointly launched an end-to-end integrated software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud-native digital banking platform on an open and modern construct.

The new fully-serviced platform will empower financial institutions of all sizes with pre-integrated, cloud-based capabilities, and turnkey applications, the partners claim.

The digital banking platform will allow companies to deliver frictionless digital-first experiences and cater to the needs of their customers.

Additionally, the platform will enable institutions to reduce their backend operating costs as well.

Commenting on this partnership, Backbase Founder and CEO Jouk Pleiter said: “Mambu and Backbase are united in our goal to transform the banking industry.
