Switzerland-based fintech firm Crealogix has launched a conversational banking service – a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution focussed on customer loyalty.
Crealogix Conversational, independent of existing systems, allows banks to securely engage and interact with customers.
The new toolset allows banks to get closer to their customers and is said to have huge scope in wealth management and retail banking.
So far, banks and customers have communicated through various channels. However, adopting messaging systems like WhatsApp can change the way banks and customers communicate with each other.
Crealogix Conversational is designed to allow both banks and customers to conduct banking transactions anytime and from anywhere.
The customer’s personal conversations in bank branches can now be fully digitized through customizable offers and tailored approaches.
