Banks in Cyprus are to open for the first time after a two-week closure, with strict controls imposed on them by national lenders to prevent a bank run.
Cash withdrawals will be limited to 300 ($384) per person each day and most electronic transfers abroad have been suspended.
Customers will be unable to cash cheques, but they will be able to deposit them in accounts.
Anyone leaving the country will not be allowed to take more than 1,000 with them.
Overseas credit card payments will also be limited to 5,000 a month.
The banks will remain open for six hours from 12pm (10am GMT).
