BBVA Compass, the US subsidiary of Spain’s second-largest bank by assets, has selected technology solutions provider Keynote’s DeviceAnywhere platform to test its mobile apps.
According to Keynote, the DeviceAnywhere platform is a cloud-based solution for testing and monitoring the functionality, usability, performance and availability of mobile applications and websites.
Keynote said the DeviceAnywhere platform enables companies to access a range of mobile devices to see how content looks and acts from any location.
Chris Causey, mobile channel manager at BBVA Compass, said mobile apps were becoming an increasingly critical service and BBVA wanted to make sure they worked flawlessly before becoming available to customers.
He added: "Using DeviceAnywhere, our customer satisfaction scores have improved steadily because we understand what our customers see and can quickly diagnose problems.
"In addition, we’re getting significantly higher ratings for applications that we make available through app stores."
