Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global banking and payments IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 52% share, which marked a 150.83% rise over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 36.31%, registering a 4.23% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with an 11.68% share and a 191.43% rise over October 2021.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s banking and payments industry IT hiring activity with a 48.68% share in November 2021, a 136.11% growth over October 2021. Bulgaria featured next with a 15.69% share, up 37% over the previous month. US recorded an 11.68% share, an increase of 191.43% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead KBC Group IT hiring activity in November 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 67.58%, up by 54.45% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 23.94% share, a growth of 77.12% compared with the previous month.
