Commonwealth Bank of Australia
(CBA), Australia’s largest bank by deposits, has redesigned its
website to increase choice for its 2.6 million NetBank
customers.
The redesigned website enables users to
personalise the home page of the site, as well as offering
customers what CBA describes as “a more detailed birds-eye view of
their accounts.”
CBA’s head of retail Ross McEwan said in a
statement:
“We trialed the new home page with 10,000
customers with great success. We are very excited to be rolling out
this NetBank feature to all our customers so that they can
experience the new functionality and customisation.”
The online redesign augments CBA’s recent
introduction of single sign-on across the bank's different
online platforms, and optional upgraded security
features.
