This platform provided by Mahalo Banking, a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), offers a streamlined interface with core processors and customisable navigation for credit unions and their members.
Providing a mobile-optimised user experience, the Mahalo Thoughtful Banking platform features seamless functionality across both mobile and online banking.
Members can adjust settings such as the display mode, account activity alerts, and color schemes to meet their individual preferences.
Both Rocky Mountain and UnitedOne have reported positive experiences with the transition to the new platform.
Mahalo’s platform is said to be the first digital banking solution to integrate comprehensive features catering to neurodiverse users directly into its system.
