
US-based Kemba Credit Union has turned to Alkami Technology’s digital banking platform to enhance experience for both retail and business members.
The platform offers Kemba members easy-to-use self-service tools, a personalised user experience, improved member engagement, and advanced fraud detection and prevention.
Alkami’s platform experience for retail and business banking solutions will also enable Kemba Credit Union to drive growth in new deposit accounts, improve cross-sell opportunities, and boost member loyalty.
