Indonesian lender Bank Jago has joined forces with Google Cloud to power its future innovation plans.
This multi-year collaboration, involving Bank Jago and its technology solutions partner DKatalis, will leverage Google Cloud’s BigQuery and Vertex AI.
It aims to improve customer banking experiences, increase internal efficiencies, and generate tangible business outcomes.
Bank Jago president director Arief Harris said: “As a tech-based bank, Bank Jago aspires to enhance the growth of millions through life-centric digital financial solutions powered by the latest cloud, data, and AI innovations. Since 2021, we’ve been utilizing Google Cloud’s in-country infrastructure and industry-leading services to make banking more accessible and convenient for everyone.”
With over 14 million customers served as of the third quarter of 2024, Bank Jago is using Google Cloud’s infrastructure to scale its services within its digital ecosystem.
Furthermore, Bank Jago and DKatalis have employed Vertex AI Pipelines to ensure their AI solutions are effective prior to deployment.
