FinLeap, a Germany-based fintech company builder, has forged a partnership with Fabrick, an Italian open banking and fintech services platform, to set up its first venture in Italy.

The new entity, Beesy, will operate as a digital financial management solution provider and will offer multi-banking services and tools to micro enterprises and freelancers to simplify accounting, tax and banking services.

For the new venture, Fabrick will act as the lead investor.

FinLeap managing director in Italy Marco Berini said: “Thanks to Beesy, entrepreneurs will have access to the best digital solutions for managing their finances.

“We are delighted to be partnering with an innovative actor like Fabrick right from the start. This cooperation is crucial to launching Beesy within just a few months.”

Fabrick CEO Paolo Zaccardi said: “Thanks to the venture with FinLeap, a leading European player in our industry, the benefits of Fintech solutions will be accessible to everyone.
