Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is pushing into
affluent banking services with the launch of a banking service and
branches specifically for its affluent retail banking
customers.
The UAE-based lender has introduced a Gold
Priority Banking for affluent customers, a key service in its
strategic retail banking business plan in 2011.
ADIB’s CEO Tirad Mahmoud said:
“Through Gold Priority Banking, our customers and their family
members can enjoy a bouquet of exclusive services, benefits and
solutions that match their status.”
“In addition, ADIB built a network of
dedicated priority centres, branded ADIB Gold Centres that are
designed to deliver an excellent banking experience.”
The bank has assigned relationship managers at
its ADIB Gold Centres, designed by allen international, to deal
with clients’ finances and demands, who will showcase different
portfolio approaches and solutions to clients, with investment
options in Gold, as well as the emerging markets of Brazil, Russia,
India and China (BRIC) and others.
