Allianz Bank Bulgaria is set to carry out a digital revamp of its operations in a bid to make its banking services more convenient to the customers.
The Bulgarian lender has partnered with technology firm Software Group to launch the digital transformation project and switch to complete paperless operations.
As a part of the digital revamp, Allianz Bank Bulgaria will implement a digital banking platform, loan management solution and a personal finance management portal.
Agency banking, and customer identity and access management solutions will also be deployed.
In addition, the bank will introduce a chat bot to ensure quick response to the customers.
Scheduled to be completed in two and a half years, the project will be implemented in multiple phases with first results expected by the end of this year.
