Asure Software, a Texas-based firm offering human capital management (HCM) and workplace management solutions, has agreed to take over Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services’ Evolution human capital management (HCM) customer portfolio.
Evolution HCM is an integrated payroll, HR, and tax management software platform. Clients of the acquired portfolio will now be serviced by Asure Software.

The deal is expected to be wrapped up by 2 July 2018. Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
Asure Software CEO Pat Goepel said: “Wells Fargo Business Payroll Services customers, who use the Evolution payroll platform, will continue experience the same security and service they have come to expect, along with the added opportunity to benefit from Asure Software full suite of innovative products and services.
“We look forward to a fruitful relationship with our new customers while they experience a seamless transition of their payroll services to Asure Software.”
