Addiko Bank, with these deployments, is the first lender within the SEE region to provide such a digital banking platform to customers in Slovenia and Serbia.

After this initial roll out, the bank will launch the platform in other countries across the region in 2018.

Addiko head of group customer experience and digitalisation Georg Kolin said: “Finally, our SME customers will be able to apply for a bank guarantee or a loan online anywhere, even from their mobile devices, and receive the requested product within a short period of time. This really is a game changer in the markets where we operate.”
