Banco Santander Uruguay has chosen Syniverse’s Mobile Engagement for Customers solution to enhance customer communications.

Under the agreement, the bank will deploy Syniverse’s mobile capabilities across multiple channels, including SMS, MMS, web, social networks and mobile app push notifications.

The solution will allow the bank to scale its communications and deliver mobile-centric customer experiences across multiple channels via a single platform.

Syniverse said that the platform will make it easier for the bank to build custom campaigns to connect with customers via multiple channels.

The solution will also enable the bank to use subscriber data to enhance customers experience via secure real-time mobile campaigns and notifications such as loyalty programs, coupons, surveys and contests, Syniverse claims.
