Bank of Tennessee, a community bank based in Tennessee, has opted for the nCino Bank Operating System to streamline its business processes.
The selection of nCino is said to have been done after the bank’s assessment of over 20 vendors for two years.
nCino’s cloud-based Bank Operating System, built on the Salesforce platform, will replace previous point solutions.
The vendor said that its solution will make the bank’s loan origination process more efficient.
nCino’s interactive digital engagement platform- Customer Engagement Solution- will enable the bank’s customers to track their loan in the lifecycle.
The platform will enable them to upload documents and interact with the bank’s staff round-the-clock from any device.

By GlobalDataBank of Tennessee EVP and chief risk officer Robert Bradley said: “We had already established a workflow that would support our future growth, so all we needed was an operating system that could accommodate our processes without requiring us to restructure them to fit into or match the software.
“nCino was the only solution we identified that was built to support our vision and not the other way around. As an added bonus, we have the opportunity with nCino to expand into other lines of business such as deposit account opening, something we’re already putting on our roadmap for future implementation.”
