The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ has selected Kofax’s platforms to automate manual tasks and achieve digital transformation.
The bank, a Kofax customer for more than five years, will use Kofax Kapow and the Kofax TotalAgility platform to replace its manual legacy systems.
The move will automate the bank’s more than 2,000 business processes across all functions.
Kofax Kapow, which is a robotic process automation (RPA) platform, automates business processes using smart software robots.
It imitates human actions to automate a wide range of manual, repetitive tasks and drive continuous improvements.
The platform runs all robots on a centralised server and does not require a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) like other RPA vendors.
