BNI Madagascar has selected Sopra Banking Software’s Sopra Banking Amplitude system to replace its existing core banking system.
The bank, which is the fourth in the region to implement Amplitude, has chosen the solution following a detailed selection process.
The Madagascar-based lender has already started the initial phase for migration to the new system, which is designed to integrate banking production features and multi-channel distribution into a digital environment.
BNI Madagascar managing director François Hoffman said: "We have chosen a market-leading solution and a software publisher with over 40 years’ experience to allow us to complete this important transformation."
BNI Madagascar operates with over 45 branches in Madagascar across 24 locations and a workforce of 800.
