Kuwaiti lender Burgan Bank has deployed universal banking software ICS Banks from ICS Financial Systems to improve its customer service.
The bank deployed the ICS Banks Universal banking solution in its headquarters and in its branches in Kuwait.
The technology vendor said that ICS Banks will enable the bank to improve reach for customers via latest delivery channels that supports mobility over OMNI platform, business transformation, high-tech analytics and scalable internal processing.

Set up in 1977, Burgan Bank comprises five majority owned subsidiaries located across the Middle Ease, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) region. The subsidiaries include Gulf Bank Algeria, Bank of Baghdad, Tunis International Bank, and Burgan Bank Turkey.
