Caisse Financial Group (CFG), the Canadian financial co-operative, has partnered with the Swiss-based technology vendor Temenos to update its core banking system.
Caisse Financial Group will use several of the vendor’s products, including the T24 core banking application, a business intelligence product and a front-end channels offering.
According to Temenos, the systems will be fully integrated and bilingual.
Bernard Marcoux, vice-president of information technology at Caisse Financial Group, said: "The decision to partner with Temenos was driven by our business objective to increase our operational efficiency with an integrated technological solution that could also enhance our mobile and online service offering.
"Caisse Financial Group provides services to over 30,000 members via a network of 26 branches located in 24 communities across rural and urban Manitoba and so we rely heavily on smart, effective technological solutions to deliver quality service to our members."
