As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) ecommerce platform, BigCommerce helps businesses to build online store, expedite market to customers and improve sales.

CBA business customers can access an integrated offering to establish or build their online footprint. The scope of support service will include building website, payment solutions, marketing campaigns and social media support.

The collaboration is also expected to expedite merchant payments and streamline the sign-up process.

In March, CBA announced that it has started using a purpose-built data model solution to contact natural disaster-affected customers.
