California Bank & Trust (CB&T) has launched a new website and a mobile fraud text alert option for real-time transaction verification.
The new website aims at making easier for the customer to learn about banking options and receive guidance through various channels including email, phone and social media.
The branch location search functionality has been enhanced and users can also join the ‘CB&T community’ via the new blog and business resource centre.
Steven Borg, senior vice president and corporate managing director at CB&T, said: "Our number one goal is to enhance our ability to provide superior customer service to our clients throughout California."
The mobile fraud alert automatically texts customers to notify them of a potential malicious transaction. The customer can answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to allow or cancel the purchase.
"We have expanded the information accessible to our customers, made it easier for them to protect their credit from fraudulent charges and introduced a new section for commercial real estate financing options.
