Alabama-based Citizens Bank & Trust has entered into a collaboration with Fiserv to enhance digital banking and fuel its growth.
The bank selected Fiserv’s DNA core account processing platform to streamline integration of third party applications and accelerate the launch of new products and services.
The platform will also help Citizens Bank & Trust in adding new capabilities and adapt to changing requirements.
Furthermore, the bank will also roll out AI-driven voice banking and solutions for digital banking, person-to-person payments and electronic bill payments.
Citizens Bank & Trust CIO Sam Pate said: “Previously, customers had to navigate between multiple sites and apps to access their accounts, none of which consistently display the most current transaction information.
“With DNA, we’ll be able to integrate whatever tech our strategy demands and operate in a real-time environment with consistently up-to-date account and transaction data. This type of environment is foundational to the experience we want to create for our customers moving forward.”
