Citizens State Bank (CSB), a community bank based in Ouray, Colorado, has partnered with Apiture to enhance its digital and mobile banking services.

The bank, established in 1913, aims to support economic development in the local communities it serves while adapting to modern banking needs.

Implementation of the Apiture platform will serve both consumer and business clients.

Recognising an increase in business accounts, CSB identified the necessity for improved self-service options and a more comprehensive digital banking experience.

The integration of Apiture’s consumer banking, business banking, and data intelligence solutions is said to offer the bank’s customers improved cash management capabilities and expanded payment options.

Apiture COO Chris Cox said: “Our award-winning platform will empower CSB’s customers with an intuitive and flexible digital banking experience, ensuring both consumers and businesses have the tools they need to manage their finances how, when, and where they choose.”

Furthermore, the introduction of the Apiture digital account opening solution will facilitate the process for both businesses and consumers to open and fund new accounts digitally, eliminating the requirement for branch visits.

CSB president and CEO Alexander Price said: “Partnering with Apiture allows us to extend this mission beyond our branches, providing customers with secure, intuitive digital banking services that make it easier than ever to bank on their terms, whether in-person or digitally.

“This development will allow us to invest in our business relationships while providing a more integrated and holistic approach to managing financial well-being.”

In February this year, Freedom Bank of Virginia too partnered with Apiture for digital banking services.
