Commercial Bank of Kuwait has deployed TrueConf’s video banking system in a step to connect remote bank branches with the headquarters.

The deployment will enable the bank to create a virtual banking system to provide remote consultations to customers through video kiosks.

The bank has deployed such video kiosks at 68 remote bank branches. The overall system is based on TrueConf Server, a video conferencing software server.

The video kiosks are equipped with client applications enabling the customers to connect with the call agents directly and resolve their issues.

Additionally, the process allows the usage of collaboration tools to enable document sharing with the clients.

Commercial Bank of Kuwait has installed more than 100 kiosks across the branches to facilitate connectivity between customers and call centre employees.
