The bank has already allowed 10% of its workforce to work from larger offices in Italy, mandating temperature checks and wearing a mask.
It is planning to return more employees gradually and allow onsite meetings subject to restrictions.
The elevators will allow only four people inside at a time. The bank also closed all common areas like babysitting centre, gym and dining halls.
The employees can use their desks on alternative days only. The bank has also hired more cleaning personnel at its offices.
According to Bloomberg, the memo cited certain set of ‘Golden Rules’ to govern the safety measures at its office premises.
The bank is also planning to introduce a reservation app, which will address the issue of breach of the said rules.
