Swiss digital banking solutions provider CREALOGIX has acquired the artificial intelligence (AI) and machine leaning technology of Koemei.

Koemei’s solution has been developed by the Swiss start-up and spin-off of the IDIAP Research Institute and facilitates automated conversion of audio, podcast and video content into texts for analysis.

The conversion is done through automated speech recognition (ASR), with the texts assessed with the help of AI tools and natural language processing (NLP).

CREALOGIX said that the process enhances the content’s value and saves time for users during research. The vendor also assured that security of data is maintained during the analysis process.

CREALOGIX CEO of digital learning Urs Widmer said: “We are delighted that we were able to acquire Koemei’s market-leading platform. Combined with our digital banking and digital learning products, this new technology is helping to secure added value and a competitive edge for our customers.”
