The bank will offer a suite of products and services through the new CSX banking app.

The offering enables swift onboarding, and offers a private account in CHF currency, a Debit Mastercard, and an app with many self-service functions.

Clients can opt for a ‘Premium Black Debit Mastercard’ at a monthly fee of CHF3.95 ($4.35) to withdraw cash from Credit Suisse ATMs.

At a later date, CSX banking app will also offer features including investments, pensions and mortgages, along with a digital financial planner.

Credit Suisse head of digital banking Anke Haux said: “CSX combines Credit Suisse offering and quality in an app.

“CSX is intended for all private clients in Switzerland who want to complete their banking business swiftly and easily and who value digital, professional financial advice.

“CSX clients can decide for themselves how they want to interact with us, depending on their individual needs.”

Additionally, the investment bank has launched a new branch concept, through which clients can receive personal advice in-branch or over the phone.

Under this concept, a ‘Digital Bar’ will be launched in the future, through which branch staff can offer personal advice to clients.

The same service will also be available via video-conferencing.

In some locations, co-working spaces, multimedia group rooms and an event zone will also be provided under this branch concept.
