This collaboration is set to enhance customer safety and streamline business communication within the banking industry. Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solution suite will play a key role in this initiative.

The Truecaller Customer Experience Solution will enable CIB to offer its customers a verified and contextual communication experience.

Features such as Verified Business Caller ID will help authenticate the bank’s brand, while Call Reason will inform customers about the purpose of the call beforehand, adding transparency to the communication process.

The Verified Business Caller ID feature of the Customer Experience Suite showcases the brand’s name, logo, and a verification tick alongside a distinctive green badge.

This ensures that customers can instantly recognise and trust the communications they receive from CIB.
