Fiserv, a financial technology and services provider, has introduced a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform for financial institutions.

The platform, dubbed Enteract, will provide banks with insights to boost sales and enhance customer experiences.

Enteract is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and features a Microsoft Azure-based integration framework to synchronise customer data with back-end systems.

This enables the bank to integrate processes across core banking, enterprise content management and digital channels.

The solution is primarily designed for regional banks and large community financial institutions offering retail and commercial banking services.

Northwest Bank, a $14bn lender with more than 160 branch locations, has already selected the platform.

The upcoming Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services will also include Enteract.

Northwest Bank CIO Scott Watson said: “We selected Enteract as an important enabler of our digital transformation journey.

“The sales and service efficiencies will enhance the overall customer experience across retail and commercial banking.

“Importantly, Enteract complements numerous other Fiserv and Microsoft technologies we use, and the platform provides Northwest flexibility to adapt as we continue growing.”

Fiserv CRM Solutions director and general manager David Dervish said: “We’ve innovated banking CRM solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to help our clients execute sales and customer relationship strategies.

“With Enteract, we’ve used Fiserv industry expertise and the latest cloud-native features from Microsoft to provide deep integration with banking systems, enabling more customer service and onboarding capabilities in addition to powerful new sales and marketing features.”

Recently, US-based Republic Bank selected Fiserv as its new strategic technology partner.
