The Freedom Bank of Virginia has transitioned its online and mobile banking services to the Apiture digital banking platform.

This strategic move is aimed at improving the digital experience for its customers, offering them “fully featured” online and mobile solutions.

The bank, which is based in Fairfax, will leverage Apiture’s Consumer Banking, Business Banking, and Digital Account Opening solutions.

The Apiture’s Digital Account Opening solution enables customers to open and fund accounts online in minutes.

Freedom Bank is also utilising Apiture’s Data Intelligence solution to refine its marketing strategies and communicate more effectively with its client base.

Freedom Bank CEO and president Joseph J. Thomas said: “At Freedom Bank, we prioritize innovation, best-in-class service, and exceptional experiences, all of which align closely with Apiture’s values.

“We were pleased with the work the Apiture team did to ensure a smooth transition. This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for our bank as we enhance our digital financial service offerings to better meet the needs of our current customers and more readily recruit new digital deposit relationships.”

Apiture CEO Chris Babcock said: “Freedom Bank is a natural partner for Apiture given its focus on providing next-generation technology solutions to its customers along with outstanding service and support.

“As a true partner to our clients, we recognize the importance of supporting the unique priorities of the financial institutions we serve and helping them innovate rapidly as their needs evolve. We are thrilled to support Freedom Bank as it drives growth in its community.”

Last month, Sage Capital Bank, a financial institution serving central Texas, also recently chose the Apiture digital banking platform to enhance its digital banking capabilities.

The bank, which has doubled in size organically over the past ten years and now holds assets worth $700m, chose Apiture’s solution to improve its digital services to support continued growth.
