Indian private sector lender HDFC Bank has partnered with Creditas Solutions to deliver a customised debt management solution.
The solution is for bank’s loan and credit card customers who can use it to streamline repayment process.
Additionally, the platform will provide the customers with credit account information in real-time enabling them to monitor, manage and repay their dues.
The platform supports all major vernacular languages of India.
It will also provide the customers with tailored guidance on their credit behaviour.
