HSBC Bank USA, N.A., a unit of British banking group HSBC, has introduced an enhanced Premier proposition.

With the new offering, clients gain access to Premier credit card products.

They will not be charged foreign transaction fees for using debit card.

In addition, the bank will make exclusive thought leadership content available to these clients. This includes the bank’s annual Value of Education Survey.

Premier customers can also access dedicated HSBC relationship managers.

HSBC Bank USA regional head of retail banking and wealth management Pablo Sanchez said: “Customers want fast, ‘easy to use,’ tailored solutions delivered through digital channels so they can bank with HSBC, wherever and whenever they need.

“At the same time, they continue to value integrity, financial strength and a human touch, particularly when it comes to their personal finances.

“Our ambition for HSBC Premier is to become recognised for truly understanding our clients by addressing their complex needs in a constantly changing world.”

HSBC Bank USA has presence in California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Florida; Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington.

The business offers retail banking, wealth management, and private banking services, among others.

Recently, the bank deployed its social humanoid robot ‘Pepper’ at its Miami branch.
