Investar Bank has selected cloud banking services provider nCino to streamline back office functions.
The bank with $1.8bn assets entered the new collaboration in a bid to move from its manual-based workflows to a new cloud-based platform scalable technology solution to support its future growth.
Additionally, the nCino Bank Operating System offers set of pipeline and status reports, which facilitated its selection over other systems.
The deployment of nCino solution is expected to help in improving efficiencies and customer centricity across its core businesses.
Investar Bank chief credit officer Travis Lavergne said: “We felt nCino offered the best long-term relationship to support our planned growth and geographic expansion. Their solution provided the best all-around result for our lenders to deliver that experience.
“By leveraging nCino’s technology, our entire team will be better positioned to expend time and resources on relationship-building and true value-added tasks instead of duplicative data entry and manual workflows.”
