National Bank of Commerce (NBC), which provides financial services in Wisconsin and Minnesota regions, has selected Verint, a New York-based analytics company, to centralise its key security functions to increase operational efficiency.

Verint said that its solutions will enable the bank to develop security features, improve investigation efficiency, and reduce fraud in its branches and operations centers.

National Bank of Commerce eServices director Troy Lambert said: “By standardising on Verint solutions, National Bank of Commerce gains comprehensive surveillance coverage, dramatically improved image quality, and centralised management functions to ease system management across our facilities.”

Verint vice president and general manager of banking and retail solutions Matt Tengwall said: “Verint technologies are trusted by today’s leading financial service organisations, and our experience in this market enables us to help our customers continually improve their defenses against fraud.

“We take pride in our ability to help organisations like National Bank of Commerce evolve its technology deployment to realise increased security and business intelligence.”

NBC has been associated with the technology vendor since 2016 and is making use of its technology to maintain and monitor its security assets.
