NBKC, a Missouri-based community bank with $580m in assets, has chosen Gro Checkout’s digital account opening solution to simplify the account opening process.

The vendor said that its solution is configurable and will allow the bank to improve workflow as per as its unique requirements.

NBKC chief deposit officer Melissa Eggleston said: “Our mantra is ‘simplicity,’ and we believe in using a simple and straightforward approach to banking. Gro fits into our business model and positions our bank to meet – and exceed – the needs of our customers.”

At the same time, the two parties also agreed to collaborate to develop a solution for commercial accounts.

The solution will integrate the back-end for consumer and commercial account opening into a single platform, the technology vendor said.
