US-based NVE Bank has teamed up with tech firm Computer Services (CSI) to accelerate automation and modernise operations.
The New Jersey-based community bank, which has $721m in assets, will leverage CSI’s NuPoint core platform to automate banking processes and roll out new products.
The technology vendor’s digital banking solutions, which are integrated with its core processing platform, will allow the bank to augment client experience, enhance vendor management as well as better use customer data.
NVE Bank will also use CSI’s CRM for banks, managed services, document distribution and regulatory compliance solutions.
NVE Bank president Robert Rey said: “As a mutual community bank, we have to do more with less. Our current technology base left us unable to adopt new technologies due to high costs and long implementation times.
“CSI provides the robust digital offerings we need, with consistent and competitive pricing. And CSI’s advanced technology is best-suited to help us streamline operations and successfully achieve digital transformation.”
CSI Enterprise Banking group president Giovanni Mastronardi said: “Community banks must affordably and quickly adopt digital solutions to compete head-to-head with challenger banks and the nation’s largest institutions.
“NVE Bank and CSI will be true partners in creating more efficient processes and implementing innovations to help the bank grow and thrive in their community.”
