Louisiana-based OnPath Federal Credit Union has partnered NCR to improve digital banking services for consumers and business members.
As agreed, OnPath will leverage NCR DI platform to deliver an enhanced digital experience for its members.
The move will enable credit union in powering consumer and business banking on a single platform driving operational efficiencies.
It will also help in building tailored communications with the members and enable OnPath to deliver customised offers.
OnPath FCU Member Engagement vice-president Candace Washington said: “Investing in our digital strategy is the best way to effectively add new members while delivering additional value to existing relationships.
“With NCR, we can provide the seamless, flexible digital experiences that allow our members to better manage their finances, whether that’s in their personal lives, business activity, or both.”
NCR Digital Banking senior vice-president and general manager Douglas Brown said: “Digital engagement has never been more important for member loyalty, profitability or competitive positioning.
“We are excited to partner with OnPath FCU as they prioritise digital transformation to boost member growth and retention.”
OnPath Federal Credit Union has more than 64,000 members and holds around $300m in assets.
Last month, NCR acquired fintech firm Terafina to expand its Digital First Banking platform. The deal will also boost its sales and marketing capabilities.
