Open banking app sync. has launched across Europe to offer a complete suite of digital financial services to its users in one place.
Currently, the smart money app has been launched under a beta program.
Instead of providing any one offering like money management, travel/currency exchange or payments, sync. aims to provide all the services to its users.
sync. allows users to connect all their debit and credit accounts, loans, and mortgages, alongside their own sync. X card powered by Mastercard.
It leverages open banking technology to enable its users to send money to other users for free.
Ultimately, sync. aims to help customers budget, manage and track their money in one place, and offer tailored insights on the same.

“We have been developing sync. for 18 months, and we are now ready to scale up and compete with the major challenger banks.”
The sync. app allows users to open over 30 currency accounts, including creating and holding money in a GBP and/or EUR current account.
The app features immediate currency exchange, money transfers, debit card payments, and peer-to-peer as well as QR code-based payments.
