British peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform ASSETZ Capital has obtained full authorisation from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The FCA approval paves way for the business and property P2P platform to launch its Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA).

The firm is currently in the final stages of the IFISA work and expects to unveil the product in the final quarter of 2017.

Assetz Capital CEO Stuart Law said: “We will shortly be revealing plans for our highly anticipated IFISA as the next step of our mission to deliver secured peer-to-peer loans to all. Providing our investments within a tax free wrapper will help bring further respite to the income-starved investor.”

Assetz Capital, established in 2013, has till date lent over £316m to businesses across the UK.
