People’s United Bank has selected Virtusa’s vEngage solution to power its new customer decisioning hub.
Virtusa’s vEngage solution, which is built on Pega Customer Decision Hub and Adobe Experience Platform, will allow the bank to modernise its sales and marketing efforts.
Using the engine, the bank can improve its ability to pre-empt financial needs of its retail and business customers and deliver personalised services.
The bank will also be able to access a full view of each customer’s digital journey and how they are interacting with the business.
People’s United Bank digital marketing senior vice-president James Roy said: “We are excited about our work with Virtusa, which is helping us expand our client-centric capabilities by designing and deploying a new customer decisioning engine, powered by Pegasystems.
“By deploying modern decisioning capabilities and automated orchestration that further strengthens our ability to personalise customers’ digital experiences, we can continue to meet the unique needs of each customer as they engage with us through multiple digital channels,” the company said.
