Personalised debit card to be launched by UBA

Lagos based United Bank for Africa (UBA) is to introduce a personalised debit card.

The All About U Card will give customers the opportunity to customise their debit card with a favourite photograph, business logo or image.

A gallery of pre-selected images is also available for cardholders to choose from which they can adjust to their liking on UBA’s product portal.

The card will cost customers NGN750 ($4.60) exclusive of VAT.

Yinka Adedeji, divisional head of e-banking at UBA, said: "With the ‘All About U’ Card, UBA aims to introduce a bespoke look and feel to card issuance."

According to Adedeji, UBA is at the forefront of driving the cashless initiative in Nigeria and has raised the bar with the All About U Card.
